This booklet captures some of the learning from the Hear by Right workshops.
The National Youth Agency is a member of Participation Works. In 2007–08 The National Youth Agency ran 78 Participation Works Hear by Right workshops for more than 1200 people from over 900 community and voluntary organisations and 200 statutory sector organisations. The work was commissioned by the Big Lottery Fund.
This booklet shows the what, why and how of participation directly from the views of community and voluntary sector colleagues who took part.
