Participation Works

We are writing to you to help us with the evaluation of Participation Works. De Montfort University has been commissioned to undertake this evaluation. This evaluation is very important to Participation Works and I hope that you are able to take the time to help us to find out more about the effectiveness of our services by completing this survey. Your help is very much appreciated.

We are asking you to take part in this evaluation by completing the survey which should take you about 20 minutes to complete.

No person from your organisation or Participation Works will see any of the individual responses you make to this questionnaire.

The De Montfort evaluation team will also want to make contact with a selection of organisations to arrange for in-depth  conversations about their experience of accessing the services and support of Participation Works and its impact on the organisation and services offered. If you are happy to be contacted about this, please give your details at the end of the survey. As a thank you we are offering all those who have completed the survey entry into a prize draw. The prizes are for 2 places on Participation Works’ Level 2 accredited course - 'The Essentials of Participation', or 2  free places at our next conference – both all expenses paid, or alternatively a £25 high street voucher.
