Building a Culture of Participation is a one day course that explores how an organisation’s culture can be established to support children and young people’s active and meaningful participation. The course is supported by an in-depth research report and a handbook.
This course is for anybody with influence in their organisation who wishes to embed the active engagement of children and young people in decision-making activities. The course is based on developing participants’ skills and knowledge in participation, involving self and organisational analysis as well as action planning.
