How do I increase the size of the text on this website?
You can increase the size of the text in two ways – firstly by clicking on the ‘A’ buttons on the top right hand corner of the site.

 

In both Internet Explorer and Firefox you can increase the text by clicking ‘Ctrl Scroll Up’. Similarly, to decrease the text click Ctrl Scroll Down’. You can also select View then Text Size in your browser menu.

 

How can I change the font and font colours used?

In Internet Explorer:
To specify fonts and colors to always use for Web page. On the Tools menu click Internet Options. On the General tab, click Accessibility and change the settings as necessary.

 

In Firefox
On a Windows Menu items click on the Tools menu and then Options.
On a Mac Menu items click on Firefox and then Preferences.

Which screen resolution should I use for displaying this website?
We recommend the minimum display settings of 800x600 and 16-bit colour.

Help Downloading
Many of the documents on the website are in formats other than webpages.  Documents in PDF, Word, Excel and PowerPoint format can all be found and downloaded on this site.

PDF files retain all of the original formatting of the printed version of documents.  To view PDF files you need the Adobe Acrobat Reader . The latest version can be downloaded free of charge from the link on the right of this page.

 

Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Users with Windows who do not have access to Microsoft Word, Excel or Powerpoint can view these documents on this site by downloading the appropriate viewer from the links on the right of this page.
