What's changed? Standards should support change for children and young people. Find out about measuring change in the Change Room

Standards

Standards help you drive up quality and performance measured against public expections.  Building in young people's participation to your organisation requires a strategic plan -  your organisation will probably have to change structures and process to allow children and young people's voice and influence to have some real effect.  But where to start and what to do?  And how can you involve children and young people in the process early on?

Hear by Right
Hear by Right is a tried and tested standards framework for organizational change that embeds youth participation. Hear by Right is used by hundreds of diverse organisations, from local authorities and national government departments, to small third sector organisations.

The Hear by Right shared learning website includes more details about the tool, briefings for specific circumstances, and an extensive database of shared learning from users of Hear by Right.
